¿Qué necesito para poder invertir?

You just need to follow three steps: create your account on Hausera and verify your profile, open your account on Portfolio Stock Exchange (your investment 'wallet') and add funds, and finally reserve your tickets when the presale opens, following the instructions we will give you to formalize your purchase. You can see the process in detail here.
Does investing have an associated cost?

No, Hausera does not charge users anything for investing on the platform. In the case of secondary market operations, there is an external cost from the Portfolio Stock Exchange platform for its profile verification (KYC) process of €3 for individuals and €18 for companies.
What do the acronyms BRS and BRR mean?

BRS stands for “Buy-Renovate-Sell”. These are short-term operations in which we purchase an asset, renovate it, and sell it as soon as possible. Once the operation is completed, the investor receives their initial investment along with the capital gain obtained from the sale.

BRR stands for “Buy-Renovate-Rent”. In this case, these are longer-term operations compared to CRV since the asset is purchased, renovated, and then rented for a period before being sold. This way, the investor gains both the final reward from the capital gain on the sale and the monthly income from renting the asset.

Investment is made exclusively via bank transfer and in euros. 
What is presale?

It is the phase before the public offering, where investors can make a reservation for tickets to secure them.
What is the maximum and minimum amount to invest?

There is no maximum investment limit (it will depend on the number of tickets available at the time of requesting the investment).

The minimum amount varies according to the type of project:
- Operations without a secondary market: 100€
- Operations with a secondary market: 1,000€

How can I check my dividends?

In your profile, you will find all the information related to the investments you have made, benefits obtained, claimed amounts, and many other details of interest to investors.
How are the obtained profits taxed?

- En las operaciones sin mercado secundario: como rendimientos del capital mobiliario. Hausera practicará las retenciones fiscales correspondientes sobre las ganancias obtenidas, facilitando al inversor un certificado con las retenciones practicadas durante el año fiscal.
- En las operaciones con mercado secundario: los rendimientos mensuales por alquiler cotizan igual que en las operaciones sin mercado secundario. La plusvalía de venta tributa como ganancia patrimonial y no se aplicará retención, por lo que será responsabilidad del inversor reflejarlo en su declaración.
When will I get my returns?

You will receive your initial investment and corresponding profits once the stipulated period for the opportunity has ended. For rental opportunities, you will also receive monthly capital gains.
