From there, you can invest without problems in non-listed opportunities. If you are interested in participating in listed operations, you will also need to open a securities account on Portfolio Stock Exchange and add funds.

Once the corresponding requirements are met, you can reserve your tickets when the presale opens, following the instructions we will provide to formalize your investment.

No, Hausera does not charge users anything to invest on the platform. In the case of listed operations, there is an external cost from the Portfolio Stock Exchange platform for the creation of the securities account, €3 for individuals and €18 for companies. This amount is only paid once and is destined for the Investment Guarantee Fund (FOGAIN).

BRS stands for “Buy-Renovate-Sell”. These are short-term operations in which we purchase an asset, renovate it, and sell it as soon as possible. Once the operation is completed, the investor receives their initial investment along with the capital gain obtained from the sale.

BRR stands for “Buy-Renovate-Rent”. In this case, these are longer-term operations compared to CRV since the asset is purchased, renovated, and then rented for a period before being sold. This way, the investor gains both the final reward from the capital gain on the sale and the monthly income from renting the asset.

Investment is made exclusively via bank transfer and in euros. 

It is the phase before the public offering, where investors can make a reservation for tickets to secure them.

There is no maximum investment limit (it will depend on the number of tickets available at the time of requesting the investment).

The minimum amount varies according to the type of project:
- Unlisted operations: 100€
- Listed operations: 1,000€

In your profile, you will find all the information related to the investments you have made, benefits obtained, claimed amounts, and many other details of interest to investors.

- In unlisted operations: as income from movable capital. Hausera will apply the corresponding tax withholdings on the profits obtained, providing the investor with a certificate of the withholdings made during the fiscal year.
- In listed operations: the monthly rental income is taxed the same way as in unlisted operations. The capital gain from the sale is taxed as a capital gain, and no withholding will be applied, so it will be the investor's responsibility to report it in their tax return.

You will receive your initial investment and corresponding profits once the stipulated period for the opportunity has ended. For rental opportunities, you will also receive monthly capital gains.
