It's the traditional model, with minimum investment of €100 and no secondary market. The entire process is carried out from our website.
- Listed
Projects are listed on the stock exchange, with minimum investment of €1,000 and with a secondary market. Investment is made through Portfolio.

Does investing have an associated cost?
No, Hausera does not charge users anything to invest on the platform.
How are the profits obtained taxed?
Gains from unlisted operations are taxed as income from movable capital. Hausera will apply the corresponding tax withholdings, providing the investor with a certificate of the withholdings applied during the fiscal year.
