  • No, the fact that the real estate operation is listed on the stock exchange does not mean that it has more volatility or greater risk. The success of the project will continue to depend on the sale of the property.

Is it necessary to register on Portfolio to participate in the presale?

  • Yes, you will need to have created your account and deposited the amount to invest in it to be able to formalize your participation in the project in the presale phase.

What is the minimum amount that can be invested?

  • The unit value of each participation is €1,000, so that is the minimum investment amount.

Does investing have an associated cost?

  • No, Hausera does not charge users anything for investing on the platform. In the case of secondary market operations, there is an external cost from the Portfolio Stock Exchange platform for its profile verification (KYC) process of €3 for individuals and €18 for companies.
